1. What do I need to do to start playing poker online?
You have to download and then install our free software application to be able to play at DraculaHoldem.com

2. How do I download the DraculaHoldem.com software application?
All you have to do is click on the "Download now" button in the left of any page on the DraculaHoldem.com site. If you experience any kind of difficulties, please contact Customer Support.

3. I downloaded the application but I can't find it.
If you can't find the Dracula Holdem software application in your computer go to Start and chose "Search" and then "all files and folders". Search for "Draculaholdem.exe", once you've find it double-click it to launch the application.

4. How do I start playing poker at DraculaHoldem.com?
After the software installation is complete, you can launch the application by double-clicking the Dracula Holdem castle logo on your desktop or you can go to Start and chose the Dracula Holdem application from the "Programs" menu.

5. Do I have to visit DraculaHoldem.com website every time I want to play?
No, you can launch the application directly from your computer.

Opening an account

1. How do I open an account?
After you have installed and launched the Dracula Holdem software application you will see the main lobby. Click on the "Create Account" button in the center of the login window and you will see the new player registration form. After you complete the form, click on the "OK" button.

2. Can I play for free?
Of course. You can play at the play money tables completely free, just for fun.

3. How can I learn to play poker?
You can learn the rules and other basic knowledge on the DraculaHoldem.com website. After you know the rules, you can practice at the play money tables.

4. How can I play in a freeroll tournament?
In the Dracula Holdem main lobby, click on the "Tourneys" tab and search in the list the tournament that you want to play. To be able to find freerolls easier, sort the list after the Buy-in column. Once you've found the desired tournament double-click it and from the tournament menu click on the "Register" button.

5. How can I change my password/mail address?
You can change your password or mail address by clicking on "Account" and then on "Change Profile" from the top menu of the Dracula Holdem lobby.

6. How can I validate my email address?
After you create an account, you will receive an email with the activation code. To validate the email address, chose "Validate E-mail" from the "Account" sub-menu at the top of the Dracula Holdem lobby.

Deposit and withdraw

1. How can I play on real money?
To be able to play with real money you have to fund your account with a credit/debit card or any other accepted deposit method. You can do this by clicking on the "Cashier" button at the bottom left of the Dracula Holdem lobby.

2. How can I make a deposit?
After you clicked the "Cashier" button, click on the "Deposit" tab from the top menu. From the deposit methods list chose the one you want and then complete the form with the required information.

3. How can I withdraw?
You can withdraw if you have deposited at least once. In the "Cashier" window, click on the "Withdraw" tab, select the desired withdraw method and then complete the form with the required information.

4. Can I make a money transfer to another player?
Yes. In the "Cashier" window click on the "Player transfer" tab and then complete with the required information.

Games

1. How do I join a table?
Chose the desired table from the main lobby by double-clicking it or by clicking on the "Go to table" button in the right of the lobby. At the table, chose the empty seat that you want by clicking on it. You will se a window were you can chose the desired buy-in. The "no limit" and "pot limit" tables have a minimum and a maximum buy-in.

2. Where can I see the rules for each game?
The rules for all the games that can be played at Dracula Holdem can be found explained in detail on the "How to play" page of the website. You can access this page either directly through browser or from the "How to play" sub-menu in the Dracula Holdem lobby.

3. What can I do if the table where I want to play is full?
You can add yourself to the waiting list by clicking the "Join waitlist" button from the right. When a seat at the table will be available, you will be noticed by a pop-up window.

4. How will I know the value of the pot at all times?
You will be able to see the value of the pot in the center of the table at any time. Also, the chips in the pot will match the value of the pot.
5. I can't hear the sounds, what can I do?
In the Dracula Holdem main lobby, click on the "Options" sub-menu and then select the option "Enable sounds".

6. How can I see where my friends are playing?
Click on the "Lobby" sub-menu from the top menu in the Dracula Holdem main lobby and chose "Find player". Type in the name of the player you want to find then click on the "Find player" button and you will see if that player is connected and which tables he is playing on.

Bonus and Promotions

1. How do I know if I have a bonus pending?
Click on the "Cashier" button at the bottom left of the Dracula Holdem main lobby. The cashier window will appear and you will be able to see your personal information and active bonus information. Also, here you can make deposits, withdraws and player transfers.

2. What do I have to do to clear the pending bonus?
You can clear the bonus by earning Dracula Points. The number of points you have to earn depends of the value of the bonus you have to clear.

3. What are the Dracula Points and how can I earn them?
Dracula points are Dracula Holdem's loyalty points. You can earn them by playing at the real money tables or by playing tournaments and sit & go tournaments.

4. How can I win the high card jackpot?
The jackpot can be won by playing at the Dracula Holdem's real money tables. The jackpot will be won by the player who makes the best hand of the day. Eligible for jackpot are royal flushes at the texas holdem tables.

5. How do I found out about the current promotions at Dracula Holdem?
You can see the current promotions on the Dracula Holdem website on the "Bonuses and Promotions" page. You can see it directly in the browser or by clicking on the "Promotions" button at the bottom of the Dracula Holdem lobby.

Tournaments

1. What types of tournaments Dracula Holdem offers?
At Draculaholdem.com you can play sit & go tourneys and multi table tournaments ( freezout, rebuy or shootout).

2. How do I find a tournament?
In the Dracula Holdem main lobby click on "SitNgo" or "Tourneys" tab to see the list of current tournaments. To make it easier to find the desired tournament you can use the filters to sort the list by tourney name, buy-in, date etc.

3. How can I register in a tournament?
Once you've found the desired tournament, double-click it and chose "Register" from the tournament window.

4. I have registered for a tournament but now I want to unregister. What should I do?
In the tournament window click on the "Unregister" button. Unregistering can be made with at least 5 minutes before the tournament begins.

Fairness and Security

1. How fairly are the cards dealt?
For the cards dealing and shuffling we use a Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is a complex algorithm that generates numbers randomly, unpredictable and independent each from other. You can read more details about our fairness and security on the "Security" page of the Dracula Holdem website.

2. Is it possible for another player to see my cards?
The information regarding hole cards is send safe and encrypted by our servers only to the player computer. It is impossible for another player to read this information and see your cards.

3. How safe are my money?
Dracula Holdem use platforms ensured by banks such as Deutsche Bank, HSBC and Bank Of Valletta. The money of our players are just as safe as in a bank account.
