In a limit poker game, there is a predetermined limit for your bet. This limit is to be found in the name of the poker game ( €0.25/€0.5, €3/€6, €50/€100)
For example, if you're playing poker in a '€1/€2 limit' game, you can bet as follows:
• Pre-flop: €1
• On the flop: €1
• On the turn: €2
• On the river: €2
Note that there is a fix amount that you can bet with and you can raise only with the same amount. You can only raise three times in a betting round.
For example, in a €1/€2 limit game, after an initial bet of €1 (pre flop and on the flop) or €2 (on the turn and on the river) you can raise three times: to €2, €3 and then €4 (pre flop and on the flop) respectively €4, €6 and then €8 (on the turn and on the river).
