Tournaments
These rules apply for all the MTT and SNG tournaments offered by Dracula Holdem, except if otherwise stated:
1. All tournaments offered by Dracula Holdem can be entered from the lobby.
2. All MTT tournaments have a fixed starting time that may be found in the lobby.
3. All SNGs will start when the required number of players is registered
4. Information regarding tournaments such as the number of registered players, the prize pool and other details may be found in the lobby
5. In a MTT players will be allowed to register any time before seating
6. Players may unregister from a MTT any time before seating
7. In a SNG registration is allowed anytime in the limit of the open seats
8. Players may unregister from a SNG anytime before all the seats offered are taken
9. In case a player unregisters from a tournament he will get back the buy-in and the buy-in fee.
10. Players may not choose or change their seats. They are assigned seats randomly by the software.
11. Redistribution of seats during a tournament will be done automatically, at random
12. Players moved to a new table will enter the game as soon as possible
13. All players in a tournament will have to post blinds or ante-s if necessary. Players who are not at the table will post blinds automatically till their elimination
14. Usually, each player posts a small blind and a big blind each round
15. When balancing the tables, any of the following may occur: to post the big blind more than once per round, to post only one blind or no blind at all per round. Still, these situations do not influence the fairness of the game as they are only rare and random occurrences.
16. Before starting the first hand, the dealer button will be placed at seat 1.
17. When not acting in time (time out) players will be automatically folded.
18. The tournament continues until all players except one are eliminated
19. A player is eliminated when he loses all of his chips or rejects a rebuy
20. The final position will be determined according to the eliminations, the first eliminated will be on the last position
21. Where two players are eliminated in the same time, the player having the highest number of chips at the beginning of the round will be granted the best place.
22. There will be a five-minute break every hour in all tournaments.
23. Players are expected to follow the casino’s etiquette. Insults and swearing are forbidden .
24. English is the only language used on the chat.
25. It is forbidden for a player to reveal his cards on the chat except if after ending the respective round.
26. Soft playing is forbidden. It happens when a player does not play to its full potential intending to help another player advance further.
27. A tournament takes place only when the required number of players is registered. Otherwise the tournament is cancelled and all buy-ins and buy-in fees return to the players.
28. A player is not allowed to participate with more than one account; otherwise he risks loosing all gains and closing of all accounts
29. Dracula holdem takes no responsibility in case of Internet disconnection, or any other problems caused by the player’s computer or it’s connection to the Internet. Dracula Holdem is hold liable only against problems caused by Dracula Holdem servers.
30. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tournaments at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
31. Dracula Holdem reserves its right to amend the poker tournament rules and policies at any time without notice.
